Naked Ape Encounters

8-30-09

Stan Johnson 59, of Washington state, reported yesterday to Riding the Edge of Reality. That he was witness to a rare spectacle. It would seem while out walking high in the Cascaded Mountains of the pacific northwest he got a glimpse of the elusive Naked Ape. Stan stated the beast stood six to seven feet tall and had little, to no body hair. "The animal remain motionless for several moments, Stan said. "I could not believe my eyes. (While gasping for air as if he was still face to face with a the animal.) There I was, standing and had bent over to tie my shoes, when I first saw it. I froze, not knowing what to do. It just kept staring at me . My first instinct was to run, but in my own fear I could not move. It was then that I realized what I was looking at. Apparently I was staring into a mud puddle and it was my own reflection I was looking at. Earlier I had removed my shirt from being over heated, the water in the puddle was muddy so I was not getting a clear reflection of myself, or was I? Now questioning my own perception of the truth. I realized the importance of this discovery, I had to inform Riding the Edge of Reality!"

Martha Killingsberg 32, of Jackson Indiana reports. "One afternoon when my family were all out of the house, I decided to take a nap. We have a wonderful old oak tree outback shading much of our backyard. We have a large reclining lawn chair, I sometimes like to nap in. No sooner was I fast asleep when I heard the fowl beast. Somewhere from in our yard came the horrible sound. It was that of a wild animal I did not recognize. The beast got closer and closer, sounding as if it was gonna eat me alive! It wasn't until the growls got so furious in intensity, that fear shot through my entire body. I opened my eyes and started screaming at the top of my lungs. With my heart racing, I jumped up only to find I was indeed alone. The growling I had heard was in fact my own snoring. Realizing the importance of this discovery, I had to inform Riding the Edge of Reality.

~Thanks Martha
